Communism itself, as an idea, is basically a good thing - everyone is equal, everybody gets a house, food etc., but how the whole thing was interpreted by USSR, was simply wrong and should be considered a war crime, where the Russians should pay compensation to the Eastern Europe country's for the years of repression and murders.
Nazisms is also a form of communism, but it was interpreted also very false by the Germans.
